Allan Little, Chief Executive Officer


Allan began his career in sales with American Hospital Supply Corporation which later became part of Baxter Healthcare International. As Vice President of Planning and Business Development he established a joint venture with Sartorius AG, which he later ran. This was followed by other positions within the laboratory equipment industry at Revco/Lindberg and, later, VanKel Technology Group. VanKel was subsequently purchased by Varian, Inc. where Allan held several executive positions, including Director of Business Development, prior to joining the Faxitron X-Ray team in 2007. He received a B.S. in Applied Biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA from Georgia State University.



Doug C. Wiegman, Vice President Engineering


Doug began his career as a design engineer with Advanced Instrument Development where he was granted several patents. Later he worked for Critikon, a Johnson & Johnson company, where he was involved with patient monitoring equipment. In 1981 he was recruited by Squibb’s Vita Stat to develop blood pressure monitoring systems. Doug has been involved since the inception of Faxitron X-Ray Corporation and has more than 25 years experience in medical systems and, specifically, x-ray technology. He is a graduate of Christian Brothers University, Memphis, TN where he earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering.


Donald G. Kissock, Vice President Sales


Don brought a wealth of experience to Faxitron when he joined the company in 2001, having served in various general management positions with P & L responsibilities at Westinghouse, General Signal and North American Phillips for more than 27 years. At Westinghouse, Don was among the first – and the few – to achieve notable success in sales without an engineering degree. Subsequently, he served in management positions with consulting firms specializing in human resources and career management services. Don holds a B.S. in business administration from Bradley University, Peoria, IL and an M.B.A. from the University of Detroit Mercy.


Don Whitehead, Vice President Medical Sales


For the past 15 years, Don has served as a product specialist in image-guided breast biopsy and specimen radiography, first as an independent sales rep and since 2007 as an employee of the company. In this capacity, Don has made hundreds of presentations to medical and radiological conferences around the world. Previously, Don held sales and marketing positions with Pfizer and Eli Lily and Company. He received a B.S. in marketing from Auburn University.


Brad Jackson, Vice President Marketing


Brad brought more than 13 year’s sales and marketing experience in the scientific instruments industry when he joined Faxitron in 2007. His prior experience includes several senior marketing management positions at Varian, Inc. His last role at Varian was Global Field Marketing Manager, in which he directed a geographically diverse team in developing and executing strategic marketing programs for the company’s various business units. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the College of Charleston and earned a Master’s in Analytical Chemistry from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.


Alex Lamping, Director of Operations


Alex has worked with Faxitron for almost thirteen years, first with the company’s CPA firm where he implemented their accounting information system and accounting controls. After a stint as the head of his own consulting firm, which Faxitron retained, he joined the company as an employee as Materials Manager and IS Manager. In 2002, Alex was given the added responsibility of Accounting Manager and later held title of Controller. Currently, he is Director of Operations. Alex has a B.S. in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and numerous certificates in Microsoft products, various LAN technologies and accounting systems.


Bill Anderson, Controller


Bill began his accounting/financial career with Baxter Healthcare where he held various financial positions at the corporate level before becoming a divisional controller over an 18 year period. Subsequently, he was the controller for manufacturing, staffing and distribution companies before joining Faxitron X-Ray. In each case, he established the finance/accounting function for these growing companies. Bill has a Bachelor of business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, an MBA from DePaul University, and is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.
