All newly purchased Faxitron systems include a one year limited warranty and unlimited phone support. The limited warranty covers all parts and labor, including travel and any shipping charges, for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. Radiation Survey and Preventive Maintenance Services
An annual radiation survey and preventive maintenance visit can be added to any support plan or purchased as a standalone contract. A factory authorized representative will perform a comprehensive radiation survey of your Faxitron system, check all safety interlocks for proper function and inspect to insure electrical safety requirements are met. Preventive maintenance (PM) will be performed including verification of proper electrical system operation, monitoring of kV and mA reference voltages, calibration, and adjustments. For all CP-160 irradiation systems, the high voltage cable will be lubricated and the flow meter and thermostat will be checked for proper operation.
